  • Mr. C. Antony Samy, Founder and former Managing Director of WORTH Trust received the Late Shri N.D. Diwan Memorial Award in appreciation of his single minded efforts and dedication to the promotion of Vocational Training and Employment of the Disabled by National Society for Equal Opportunities for the Handicapped, India – December 1997.
  • The Government of Tamil Nadu Award for the Best Private Employer, providing more employment opportunities to the disabled persons –  15th August 2003.
  • Shri. Vijay Merchant Memorial Award to WORTH Trust as an outstanding employer of the differently-abled for the year 2013 by the National Society for Equal Opportunities for the Handicapped (NASEOH) – 9th December 2013
